Littlest Angels Micro Preemie Hat

Littlest Angels Hat by Ro C.
Needed for project:
Size F Crochet Hook
Microfiber or extremely fine baby yarn
Yarn needle
Scissors

My sentiment and inspiration in creating this tiny, almost doll-sized hat is that every preemie, even those too small to survive, should be presented to their parents wearing a handmade gift of love. I believe this with all my heart, and I hope that others will be able to make these hats too to donate to NICU's everywhere.
These can also serve as keepsakes for the parents.

(Micro-preemie hat will vary in size depending on the yarn used. The hat pictured above was made with TLC baby and measures 6 inches around and 2 1/4 inches high.)
